Les Lewis
Founder
Les manages Trident’s efforts overall, including single-tenant & multi-tenant developments and the master-planning of larger projects & properties. He maintains relationships with key contributors, such as major retailers & end users, landowners, design & construction vendors, governmental personnel, and lenders. Prior to founding Trident, he established the retail division at Greenstone Properties, and was the VP of Development for Retail Planning Corporation. Les began his career with New Market, before transitioning to Director of Leasing at The Sembler Company. He received a Bachelor of Science from Washington & Lee University, resides in Atlanta with his wife, and has two grown daughters.
David Rogers
Founder
With a background from the tenant and developer sides, David brings his unique experience to Trident where he focuses on retail, restaurant, and automotive development throughout the Southeast. David manages the entire development cycle from identifying sites to obtaining required permits and entitlements and overseeing project construction through delivery. Previously, David worked for RaceTrac in real estate acquisition and disposition, and he developed a sale-leaseback program. David received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama and resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and three children.
